Post Creating Bunker Modules
Well I'm new to CC. (hi)

I saw someone had mentioned he wanted to do a Lego mod. But he seemed to be a bit of a flake and just pissed people off.

Anyway, I thought it might be a interesting idea. so I decided to give it a try.

Now my first problem is getting things to line up correctly. Because the bricks have the little studs on the top but I want them any block that is "above" to overlap the studs so the bricks become "flush" with each other. Currently I just created a 96x96 module which has a top and a bottom.

Picture as an example...

Make the module a bit further down. Then, if there is something under it, it will be overlapped by the one on top. And if there isn't, the top will still be there.

What do you mean by "move it down"?

The game seems to force you to only be able to move objects in a grid which is aligned to the centre of an object. So if it isn't the correct dimensions you cant get that repeating pattern over and over. Or you have to overlay it by 24 pixels (the size of the grid's steps?). But obviously my Lego bricks aren't that big width and height wise so I'm confused.

Right now the bmp looks like this...

your problem is it's 96x96
make it 120 height and 96 width with a 96x96 actual bunker and 2 or so pixels of studs and then 22 pixels of blank.
you know what? thats kinda confusing. Ill just make one for you that should work...

edit: ok, so here's my solution

edit: yeah, so you just have to overlap them with the lowest one first or do it in the editor to get it to look right. also do you have windows 2000 or something? that screenshot shows you window bar and it looks real ghetto

It's getting late so I'll try your suggestions/example tomorrow. Thank you for that.

And I'm running Vista. I just like the look of Windows Classic theme :)
