i made a crab gun(it shoots a crab) but the recoil is far to much for the silly weapon to be enjoyable, as it kills most actors or flings the heavier ones accross the map. is there any way to reduce the recoil while still having it fire an actual, ACrab Actor crab? also, i do not want to decrease the firevelocity of the gun.

Take a look at what the coalition heavy sniper rifle does with emitters.

Making a TDExplosive which gibs the thing instead of an AEmitter lowers the chance of you hitting yourself when moving at high speed, but has some restrictions.

i wasn't aware that aemitters could emit actors. if i had known that i wouldn't have had to ask this at all.
i'll see if this works, thanks.
