The slammers don't really feel that powerful.
I'd rather have a gun that makes soldiers go flying backwards versus getting their arms blown off and such.

Well, if you do manage to hit their torso DIRECTLY, they will fly backwards, a lot.
The problem is that their arm is in the way, so it gets taken off first.
But believe me, it's a lot more useful against very tough units... One can't witness
its power correctly if it's used on soft, squishy units.

@Tendrop: There'll probably be some new ones at some point, but i'm currently
lacking ideas of new drones... (Apart from a Bomber Drone)

I love this pack of mods! When ever I get on, I first see if the AAL is updated, than you! Most everything you create it kick tushy awesome!

Laser Drone.

Acid Dripping Drone.

Missile Launcher Drone.

Kamikaze Rocket Drone. (really fast movement, explodes with a shaped charge in direction of impact.)

Bunker Clearance Drone. (smaller than normal, can fly through bunkers, like the MG drone, but it has a shotgun, for close quarters fighting.)

That any good?

An acid dripping drone would almost be as..er.. powerful as Lord Tim's Super Gun..

You should have an Indiana Jones drone.
You know, just a reflective robot with a hat.
His silver visage gets dull after a while, that's all.

Or you could make a generic "heavy" drone.
One that can handle the slammer without any problem.

more on topic: I love the new Laser Bayonet gun. It is extremely fun to use against Darklones.

Well you could work on that challenge I suggested in irc- the lightsaber? I'd love to see you put an AEmitter and make me Yoda's Blade without it either A: Not moving with the weapon or B: Slicing off my head when I slash with it (I've done some experiments and failed uberly ._.)

As for the heavy drone, it sounds pretty good... I guess i don't need to make it
look camo like Kurrus made the smaller drones do...
It should be able to carry heavier payloads/equipment with relative ease, compared to the
standard ones.
And about the Laser Bayonet, i agree that it's very fun to use against DarKlones, but
it constantly freezes up my game, and there isn't a whole lot i can do about it :-(

@Ragdollmaster: It'll be very tricky to make it with an AEmitter, seeing that it should
be put diagonally, for aesthetic reasons... I could give it a shot, but i fear that it'll
freeze up the game just like the laser bayonet does D:

Also, i've been doing a bit thinking lately (However ridiculous it sounds, i actually did),
and maybe i should make some sort of clone who utilizes reflective armor?
So that you can have reflective goodness, and still be killable...
*Lols at the thought of reflective goggles*
Maybe more like a reflective helmet and breastplate or something...

Hey wow, the plasma bomb has the wierd growing vortex thing! :D

I remember when FarvanTorna did his blackhole grenade that caused an ever expanding vortex if you shot at the grenade more. (Increasing amount of wounds = more emission = bigger vortex)

The when you put 2 of those and make the vortex overlap each other of the blackholes, it will start growing insanely unstable and grow even bigger, without any shooting at the grenades.

I loved that mod. Laggy, but interesting. If you could recreate that shook, you'll be my hero.

Secret? You mean the Cosmic Fireball? That's not really a secret...
I just disabled it because it's a bit faulty, what with the horrible accuracy it has.
You'd be equally likely to hit yourself, the ground, a random enemy or the point
you're aiming at. Which isn't very good.
