There are a number of things I don't like (need to tweak his leg/arm pads so they don't blend together so easily with the green...), and all I did was re-shade the sprites you had with the same colors. I tried tweaking some things to look a little better, but it'd help if I knew where I was going with it. Need to, like, latch onto you in a metroid like fashion, and try to suck your thoughts out. SLRRRRRP. EDIT: HAH! Tweaked! though this uses different colors for the Grey. slapped it next to the pre-tweaked one. |

Bahaha. The head is rather goofy looking. I think it's the helmet - played with it's shape some. Hmm.. Aw well. Your welcome I should see what I can do for the guns and stuff. EDIT: Fixed his helmet back to the way it was, and re-shaded the weapons. Gonna send Shook the touched-up version and he can go ahead and do what he wants with it. |

Those beta sprites look sexy my suggestion to de-goofy the head is move it forward a bit, and make it shorter (ie, same width, but not as tall) and move the mouth-piece forward maybe? But brilliant shading, you do that on Paint or Photoshop? I'm intrigued. |

Well, if you're actually going to try to make this a balanced fun mod, I have a few weapon suggestions (the rifle and SMG are a good start) 1: Heavy Machine Gun: 50 rounds and a slightly slower firing rate then the assault rifle, but more powerful. 2: Grenade A: Fragmentation. Just make some pretty glows and explosion sounds and you'll be good to go with it :3 3: Grenade B: Penetration. Smaller explosion radius, but penetrates through close to anything (excluding reflective armor, so good to use one and then equip that shield if it's at close range) 4: Grenade C: Napalm. The explosion itself deals little damage, but it sprays fire particles with a long lifetime (like the Darklone flamethrower) that are pretty lethal with brute force alone (should be enough to disarm a dummy/coalition soldier) 5: AA Cannon: A single shot anti-aircraft gun that fires out a high-mass round and is great for those pesky dropships. It isn't intended to be used against infantry because it has a very low magazine and high reload time. Some of them might seem overpowered, but there's probably a way to tone down the brutal genocide factor >_> |

I like the sprites and the powerful weapons. And they're not too powerful. I think a small tank like thing would go well with these. |

@Roy-G-Biv: While i appreciate your offer, you didn't do anything else than adding a dark outline :/ So yeah, it's pretty amazing what a graphic overhaul from a skilled artist can do to peoples opinions But regarding the SMG, i'd like your opinion on whether i should make it as powerful as the Pelter, but with lower clip size, or weaker, but same/higher clip size... It is going to be more inaccurate though, but it can be wielded with one hand. |
