I just finished up a [admittedly crappy] crossbow,
and figured lots of you guys like to make some neat stuff to, so i thought id make a thread about Diy, so everyone can tweak/compare/improve what they make.
What do you think of the bow, it shoots about 30-40 feet, and I think ill shape the crossbows but and put a laser pointer on the front.

When you add the laser pointer, make sure it's this laser.

Pssh. Who needs crossbows when you have this?

The part far away from the spool that has one of the rubber band ends attached is the locking mechanism, so the device won't wind/unwind when you don't want it to.

I also made a butterfly knife out of Legos, but I used those parts to make the retriever.

I'm making a lamp out of spare materials for school.(will post a pic when it's done.)
And I'm gonna make a wargaming table this holiday.(Modularity FTW)
And I'm gonna take this to school once and see how much fun our teachers will have that day.

Too bad I didn't take any pictures of my lego rapid fire sentry turret before selling it to pay for my graphics card, but I can tell you the tracking was frighting.

Still need to work out better spawn times
