All the Lua we need is for homing rockets and the gravity gun thing, which both already exist and might as well be borrowed from other authors (with permission, of course.)
Or am I forgetting something?


one of the guns made people instantly explode by shooting lightning at them. if thats not sparkle magic then we need to start taking some notes from someone.

You can do private chats on the IRC.
Click on Java Irc in the top left.

I'm pretty sure they ripped the particle accelerator mod with that part of the mech which collects bullets in a magnetic field and blasts them out again.

I'd be willing to sprite the weapons and such. I'm working on the Arc Gun (lightning and explosions ftw!) right now - be back in a tick.

EDIT: Done! I haven't done a magazine for it yet - the weapons don't seem to need reloading in the movie, so I vote for them having unlimited ammo. Comment and Criticism appreciated.

Infinite ammo would fook up the AI, make sure the modder do it the other way.

Aside from that, sprite looks good. If you need a magazine, use a cylinder that hangs below the gun at an angle. I find the prawn guns usually have those on, could be the battery.

And finally in this thread, when using the f-word, only 'fook' is allowed, to commemorate our lovable protagonist.
