Post Getting back into a rocket
How does one accomplish this, given Data announced this feature in build 15?

Umm... It is Build 17 in case you haven't noticed :P.

You can only send items back now. :)

K back guys. Wha'd I miss?

Seriously though, I noticed that if you fly your actor high enough, he dies. I don't think that used to happen. Could be mistaken, but still.

You can now load stuff back into the rockets and ships and recycle them!

As for loading stuff back into the rockets, I haven't figured that out yet. I'm too preoccupied with building my own bunkers. :D

Hey, MNH, get on IRC.

Also, you can only load items on your rockets.

Select the rocket, open the doors, press inventory on your clone, drop the item, it goes into rocket, rocket takes off, fun and monies are had by all.

BEFR YOU OPEN TEH DOORS!
Make sure the ship is in "stay" mode on the AI thingy. Otherwise it'll die.

Woo, nice. No need to cheat or dig anymore :).
It would be cool though to have bigger maps, like sideways, so there REALLY would be use to ship characters around (Though it's not possible yet?)

I would like it if we could put injured actors into drophips and rockets to gain a percentage of their price back again. An armless Maximillian is, after all, quite useless.

^^Good point and I wanted this myself too. Also not only as recycling, but to deliver from a place to another place.

But even when a Maximillian loses his arms, he aint down yet. With enough skill you can take down dropship by ramming into their engines making them explode. And ramming at normal actors is really fun too.

I was playing one of those ''1 man army to the end'' matches with a Maximillian and I managed to score 120 kills (I got about 15 dropships down) without arms.

:D

I tend to just trample enemy troops, jump up and down on them until *squish*

That's because the actor left the planet's gravitational pull :-o

Err no, it's because it left the planet's atmosphere.

People love to mix up atmosphere and gravity, people like to think once you are outside of the atmosphere you are no longer effected by gravity, that is not the case.
