Scale down the jetpack emissions. Apart from that, I love it.

The weapons are ♥♥♥♥ sexy. However, the actors are cardboard. Seriously, powered armor should be barely damaged by most gunfire.

I recall him saying that he doesn't want the armor to fall off, but rather, he wanted it to explode, so he intentially made the armor weak.

Could someone make an activities file for these guys? I would really like to try and fight them.

@Numgun: Wow, you're sold on this mod? I can die knowing I've seen the top of the mountain, damn. But seriously; I'm glad I have your approval here. It's also good to hear these guys assertively described as vanilla balanced. That's been my goal, and I'll keep to it as best I can. I'll also see about making the actors look much better armorless (I think I may have the torso reversed, I'm not sure. I'll also custom sprite a spacey thruster.

Can do. It will be a priority to throw these guys into the NPC fray. If crobotech did it, so can I.

I'm also trying, at the behest of some IRC goers, to make an MMU (basically, a firearm that has forward-moving recoil instead of back) but I'm having a lot of trouble. I may just have to make it move the actor backwards. But, if anyone has insight on this, it would be most helpful.

Thanks man!
I never knew what it felt like to shoot a guy in a mech suit with a heavy machine gun.
Now I know.

Just make it shoot negative mass bullets, that's how my parachute works. (and Azukki's)

this is balanced, good job. not "made of glass" at all.
also yeah, negative mass = negative recoil. like the pulse digger :D

Sniper rifles work well on the glass. It takes two well placed hits to down a soldier.
The weak points on the powered suits are under the neck, and in some of the joints.

Also, if you're having trouble fighting these guys, use the Revolver Cannon.

Mass-based stuff kills the ♥♥♥♥ out of them.

Mass-based weapons do that to everything.
